Mark Rodiles-Peterson (Of Counsel)
Mark grew up in the Bay Area and has lived there most of his life. He graduated with his Bachelors Degree from the University of California, San Diego and earned his J.D. at the University of San Francisco, School of Law. While working as an associate at a local estate planning law firm, Mark developed an interest in estate planning and elder law. He currently serves as of counsel to Wade Law Offices and represents clients throughout the Bay Area.
Mark is a member of the Trusts and Estates section for both the Bar Association of San Mateo County and the California State Bar Association. His experience in the field ranges from estate planning for individuals and families to representing the victim in financial elder abuse litigation.
In an effort to help low-income clients, Mark volunteers at the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Consumer Debt Clinic, where he advises consumers burdened with debt and who are being sued and harassed by major credit card companies. Mark also volunteers with BASF’s Family Law Clinic where he provides pro bono representation for low-income individuals going through divorces and child custody battles.
