Bryan Walters

Bryan Walters is a trusts and estates attorney with our Roseville office. He graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the bar shortly thereafter. The first few years of his career were dedicated to personal injury litigation representing a wide range of clients from state wide ambulance companies to multinational insurance companies to private individuals.

During this time he saw over and over just how catastrophic poor planning can be to his client’s interests in court. In response to this growing realization, he began to shift his practice in a more proactive direction, helping his clients avoid the pains of litigation by utilizing cutting edge estate planning techniques to minimize their exposure and reduce the risk that their children will end up in court.

Bryan lives in Carmichael with his wife Betsy, daughter Lydia and three large dogs: Gordon, Samson and Daisy. In his time off he is an avid fisherman, golfer, and musician.
