Bruce A. Pence III (Of Counsel)

Bruce A. Pence III is Of Counsel at Wade Law Offices. Bruce’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, and related areas of law.

Bruce grew up in Ventura California and received his Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2011. In 2015 Bruce graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento California with a Juris Doctorate and certifications in Environmental and Business Law. Bruce is also a licensed notary public.

Bruce served as a judicial extern for the High Court of Uganda during law school where he advocated for reforms to Uganda’s juvenile justice system, land registration system and the land rights of marginalized groups. He began his professional career in Santa Barbara California where he honed his skills in estate planning, trust administration, probates, conservatorships and related litigation for complex estates.

Bruce lives in San Luis Obispo County California with his wife, Lyndsey, dog, Mojave, cat, Eadie and their five chickens all named for Star Wars characters. When he is not practicing law, Bruce enjoys kayaking the Central California Coast, hiking, camping and tending his vegetable garden.
