His career began as a paralegal with a nonprofit organization supporting disadvantaged individuals, where he gained experience in personal injury, bankruptcy, business formations, and tax law. Today, as an attorney at Wade Law Offices, Devin provides customized estate planning solutions that align with his clients’ unique goals.

Devin’s legal journey began as a paralegal when he joined a nonprofit firm, providing education and representation to underserved communities. He then enrolled at McGeorge School of Law, where he advocated for disadvantaged individuals in court as a Certified Law Student in the McGeorge Bankruptcy Clinic.

To strengthen his practical experience, Devin served as an extern judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Ronald Sargis at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. Upon graduating with his Juris Doctorate, Devin joined a boutique firm in Roseville, where he worked in bankruptcy, business formations, tax law, and estate planning. It was here that Devin discovered his true passion for estate planning and a desire to work closely with clients on personal matters.

Devin’s wide-ranging experience allows him to address a broad array of client needs. Known for his empathy and client-centered approach, Devin has dedicated himself to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, aligning with Wade Law Offices’ mission to provide compassionate and effective legal guidance.
